Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a stay at Grace Backwater Villa, Coorg. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- The balance amount is payable at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Rates are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the advance.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
3. Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- The villa is intended for the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
- Loud music or disruptive behaviour after 10:00 PM is not permitted, out of respect for neighbours.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
5. Liability
Grace Backwater Villa is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your stay, except where caused by our proven negligence. Guests are advised to exercise caution near the backwaters and garden areas, especially with children.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
